The 75-minute session was attended by over 30 people and left the activists in attendance with a renewed sense of wind under their wings. There was a palpable sense of engagement and connection in the room.
After an opening circle and remarks by Natalie Zend and Kevin Best, we invited people to reflect individually on:
- "What is dying within me and in the world?"
- "What is wanting to emerge?"
In small groups, we then gathered to discuss how we are already nurturing and how we might further tend the seeds and sprouts of the just and sustainable world wanting to be born.
We closed with a plenary reflection on feelings, images, thoughts, and connections to our change work.
The session offered a supportive community moment of re-sourcing and a moment of pause in a full weekend of critical action oriented debate.
